EPC (European Personnel Counsellors b.v.) was founded in 1979 and is a highly qualified consultancy in the domain of Executive Search and Headhunting.
At its foundation EPC specialised in the ICT. In the mid eighties we changed our focus to the market segments of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, electronics and industrial automation. In 1991 we added civil engineering to our specialities and in the following years we grew with the market segments installation technology, datacom and telecom. We have succesfully filled a broad range of positions in sales, projectmanagement, accountmanagement, manufacturing, sales management and senior management.
EPC is a reputable and highly experienced company with a unique interview methodology and project approach: clear and immediate feedback, transparancy, involvement and stimulating.
