Diese Methode wird in etwa 56 L\u00e4ndern und 47 Sprachen eingesetzt, um das Verhalten von Fachleuten in Arbeitssituationen messen und vorhersagen zu k\u00f6nnen. In den USA nutzen mehr als 75% der &#8218;Fortune 500 Organisationen&#8216; die Hogan-Methode. Auch renommierte Unternehmen in den Niederlanden nutzen Hogan.<\/p>\n<p>Die Beurteilungsmethode besteht tats\u00e4chlich aus 3 separaten Tests unter verschiedenen Bedingungen.<br \/>F\u00fcr jeden Teil (HPI, HDS und MVPI) wird ein Bericht erstellt, der mit der getesteten Person besprochen wird, um bestimmte Dinge zu nuancieren und etwaige Hintergrundinformationen bereitzustellen und zu erhalten.
